Welcome to Content and Coffee. My name is Caitlin Pilarski. I am a proud Coast Guard Wife, writer, social media guru and designer. I recently just got married during the COVID-19 Pandemic of 2020.

I have always wanted to start my own blog and freelance design business and thought now is the time! On this blog you can expect to find many different things from military life advice, to wedding planning during a pandemic, recipes and coffee…lots of coffee.
